Manager – Detail Me GTA
Detail Me GTA, a professional automotive detailing company located in Toronto (115 McCormack St #8, York, ON M6N 1X8), is hiring a Manager to lead daily operations and help scale our growing business. We provide premium in-shop and mobile auto detailing, window tinting, ceramic coating, and more throughout the GTA.
About the Role
This is a permanent position designed for someone looking to build a long-term career in the automotive care industry. You'll start with hands-on training at an hourly wage, then transition to a salaried management role as you take on full leadership responsibilities. We're a growing company willing to invest in the right person—strong managerial and detailing experience is preferred, but we'll teach what you don't know if you bring the drive and professionalism.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day shop and mobile operations, including scheduling, workflow, and quality control
- Lead, train, and support a team of detailers to maintain high standards
- Perform hands-on detailing work as needed, especially during training and peak periods
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and on-site consultations with professionalism
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment upkeep
- Contribute to business growth through upselling, client retention, and process improvements
- Represent Detail Me GTA with reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
- Experience in auto detailing and/or team management (combination preferred; willing to develop the right candidate)
- Fluent in English with strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid G-Class driver's license with a clean driving record
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Sales-minded with the ability to identify opportunities and close
- Passionate about cars and committed to delivering exceptional results
