✅ Live in Vaughan, Maple, Woodbridge, Thornhill, Richmond Hill or King City
✅ Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence
✅ Speak, read and write fluent English
✅ Available to work 40 hours per week
✅ NOT returning to school or attending college/university during the next 12 months
✅ Available to begin immediately
✅ Have at least 1-2 years of receptionist, administrative, concierge or customer service experience

We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, loves staying organized, and takes pride in creating an outstanding first impression.
What You'll Be Responsible For
As our Front Desk Concierge, you are the first and last impression every member experiences.
Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting members and guests professionally
- Managing reception and daily studio operations
- Answering phones and booking appointments
- Confirming appointments and following up with members
- Member retention and outbound relationship calls
- Administrative support and data entry
- Processing payments and member agreements
- Keeping the reception area and studio presentation at a five-star level
- Supporting social media posting
- Assisting with retail sales and studio tours
- Inventory and office organization
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Thursday : 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
40 Hours Per Week

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1-2 years receptionist, concierge or administrative experience
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and email
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must currently reside in York Region
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $17.60/hour during training & onboarding
- $18.50-$19.00/hour after successful onboarding
- Performance reviews after 90 days
