We are seeking a passionate and motivated Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to join our wellness collective as an Independent Contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for a practitioner looking to build or expand their practice within an established clinic that values collaboration, clinical excellence, and outstanding client experiences.
Position Summary
As a Naturopathic Doctor at iCare Wellness Collective, you will assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to support clients' health goals. You will work alongside a team of healthcare and wellness professionals to provide comprehensive care while building strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and patient consultations
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-informed naturopathic principles
- Educate clients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, supplementation, and preventative health strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners within the clinic to provide integrated care
- Build and maintain a professional client base through excellent patient care and follow-up
- Participate in team meetings, clinic initiatives, and collaborative care opportunities
- Adhere to all regulatory, professional, and ethical standards of practice
Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution
- Licensed and in good standing with the applicable provincial regulatory body
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Commitment to client-centered care and professional development
- Experience in a multidisciplinary clinic setting is considered an asset
- Experience using electronic health records (Jane App experience is an asset)
