Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays. This includes cleaning all areas of the back of house.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by management
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, in addition to performing inventory counts.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
-Create content for posting on social media.
-Work sales events as needed (Friday, Salturday, Sunday). This is a requirement.
-Work sample booths as needed, on and off site.
-Prepare in store marketing such as changing price tags, putting up sale signage, and assembling gift bags.
-Open and close store as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is required.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of technology products and ability to sell them effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
-Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to climb a step ladder.
