Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Detail Methods/Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role involves developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, designing detailed methods, and ensuring efficient production workflows. Duties
- Develop detailed manufacturing methods and process documentation to improve production efficiency and quality.
- Design and review schematics, CAD models, and technical drawings using tools such as Catia V5, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo.
- Program and troubleshoot CNC machines, including CNC programming and setup.
- Integrate robotics and industrial equipment into manufacturing processes to enhance automation.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and optimize workflows through continuous improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assembly line improvements, equipment upgrades, and process validation.
- Create and maintain schematics for electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Support welding, machining, and other fabrication activities as needed to meet production specifications.
- Conduct mechanical analysis for process enhancements using mechanical engineering principles.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards by designing processes that incorporate proper safety measures.
Experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field with a focus on process development.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as Catia V5, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Creo for designing parts and assemblies.
- Hands-on experience with CNC programming, setup, and troubleshooting CNC machinery.
- Knowledge of robotics integration within manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial control systems.
- Background in welding, assembly processes, and working with industrial equipment.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
- Mechanical knowledge related to schematics, CAD drawings, mechanical systems, and industrial equipment operation.

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
