Job Description:
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Loading and unloading material from trailers
- Perform order picking and shipping of material
- Receive, verify, tag and put away incoming products in an accurate and timely manner
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse
- Utilization of a warehouse scan gun system
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Other warehouse duties as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Knowledge of lumber, will be considered a strong asset
- Computer skills, such as Excel and Outlook
