We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Full-Time Dental Receptionist to join our modern dental office!

We're looking for someone who:
- Has dental reception experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Is familiar with ClearDent (an asset)
- Is fluent in Persian (an asset)
- Has experience with patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- Can process insurance claims, billings, and patient payments accurately
- Enjoys answering calls, responding to patient questions, and helping patients understand treatment and insurance information
- Takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming experience and ensuring patients feel well cared for from check-in to check-out
