Position Overview:
Creighton Rock Drill Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our growing team in the United States. The ideal candidate will oversee sales operations, foster strong customer relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery across the United States. This role requires extensive travel to meet with customers and grow the business in various locations across United States.
Travel Expectations:
This role involves significant travel across the United States to engage with customers, identify new opportunities, and support regional sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maximizing growth with existing customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of proven sales experience(construction equipment)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in construction and mining equipment sales is mandatory
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
