Responsibilities
' Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, extensions, and styling.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software.
- Educate clients on hair care products and aftercare.
- Support team members with mentoring and training when needed.'
Qualifications
' Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hair coloring, extensions, and styling techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Certification in Cosmetology or Barbering preferred.
- Knowledge of salon management software such as MINDBODY is a plus.
