Seeking a Chef with a passion for food and experience in an authentic Japanese kitchen. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in preparing creative and tasty dishes, able to manage kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment, and responsible for ordering supplies and creating weekly meals. Excellent communication skills are required as the Chef should be comfortable working with kitchen staff, management and outside vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Work in a kitchen and sushi bar
- Read recipes.
- Cook with your hands.
- Interact with patrons in a friendly manner.
- Chat with customers about their order and answer questions regarding menu items.
- Adhere to proper food safety procedures.
