Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Handle cash transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures
- Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible drinking and adhere to food safety standards
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, mixers, and beverages
- Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory management
- Experience with food service operations, including cashiering and food safety protocols
