Your Daily Contribution & Impact:
- Understand the strategic business directions of the function;
- Provide expertise in the use, implementation, and configuration of the EWM module, specifically for logistics of inbound activities, warehouse optimization, outbound activities, physical inventory counting, and inventory adjustment;
- Participate in the definition of business processes and ensure they are documented;
- Analyze new projects and internal client requests and develop recommendations;
- Document business requirements;
- Optimize and integrate solutions with other teams and functions;
- Define and ensure that security criteria are implemented according to company standards;
- Assist in planning test scenarios, executing tests, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT);
- Support users in resolving incidents as they arise;
- Develop and maintain functional and training documentation as well as communication to users;
- Evaluate system support issues and make corrections.
Expertise & Essential Skills:
Technical skills and experience:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in designing and configuring the EWM module
- In-depth knowledge of SAP implementation approaches (ASAP)
- Mastery of business processes in logistics (EWM), order-to-cash (OTC), and procure-to-pay (PTP)
- Experience in implementing S/4 and TM Transport Management (preferred)
- Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA)
- Basic skills in ABAP programming
- Familiarity with interface management and resolution (EDI and other formats)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- SAP certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of processes for handling hazardous materials in a warehouse (preferred)
- Knowledge of Manhattan (preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills to define needs and implement solutions
- Ability to meet internal client needs while maintaining high standards of problem resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and interact effectively with others
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong interest in technological solutions
- Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in wholesale distribution and/or the automotive industry (preferred)
