On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Manager, Credit Card Engagement for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Manager, Credit Card Engagement - Job Description:
As Manager, Credit Card Engagement & Retention, you will play a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of client engagement initiatives by driving day-to-day execution, orchestration, and operational excellence across the engagement squad. The project involves working on a Credit Card Engagement program, focusing on enhancing client experience and driving business results.
Manager, Credit Card Engagement - Responsibilities:
- Enable squad effectiveness and focus by supporting day-to-day coordination
- Drive cross-workstream alignment and orchestration across Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Digital
- Standardize and enforce delivery discipline with marketing workback schedules
- Project manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple departments
- Execute business routines and performance tracking for initiative progress
- Support campaign execution and optimization with Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication across teams
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture
Manager, Credit Card Engagement - Mandatory Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Payments, Product Management, or related roles
- Previous experience as Squad Lead with coordination and strategy focus
- Recent experience with project management skills on complex initiatives
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating complex initiatives
Manager, Credit Card Engagement – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and squad-based delivery models
- Previous experience with banks and financial institutions
- Understanding of credit card products
Manager, Credit Card Engagement – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
