At Lighthouse Kitchens, we build custom kitchens and cabinetry that our clients are genuinely excited about. We’re growing quickly and are looking for an experienced Lead Cabinet Installer who takes pride in exceptional workmanship and enjoys delivering a premium customer experience.
We’re not looking for someone who simply hangs cabinets. We’re looking for someone who treats every installation as if it were going into their own home.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Install premium custom cabinetry, millwork and trim on a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout the greater Victoria area
- Read and interpret detailed shop drawings
- Complete precise cabinet installation, scribing and fitting
- Install fillers, decorative panels, crown mouldings and hardware
- Work alongside our project manager and design team, as well as our other trade partners.
- Identify and solve installation challenges on-site
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide outstanding customer service while working in occupied homes
We’re Looking For Someone Who
✔ Has at least 5 years of professional cabinet installation experience
✔ Produces consistently high-quality work
✔ Is confident working independently
✔ Takes ownership of projects
✔ Has excellent problem-solving skills
✔ Is respectful and professional with homeowners
✔ Shows up on time every day
✔ Cares about the details that most people overlook
Preferred Qualifications
- Cabinet installation experience
- Finish carpentry experience
- Millwork installation experience
- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Experience with high-end custom homes
- Valid BC Driver’s Licence
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Own professional hand tools

- $35–45/hour, depending on experience
