Our company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and finance, with a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. This is a commission-only position, with the potential for extremely high earning potential, and draws against future commissions will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to sell financial products and services
- Meet with clients to assess their financial needs and provide them with appropriate recommendations
- Conduct research and analysis on financial products and services to ensure a deep understanding of the market and stay up to date with industry trends
- Collaborate with other team members to create and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
- Work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns they may have
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on financial products and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Compensation:
Advances on future commissions are provided , which will be discussed on the initial call. Most sales representatives make $60,000-$100000 USD their first year, $90000-$250000 USD in their second and third years, and after four years, most people are making $200000-$500000 USD. However, the actual compensation earned will depend on the individual's performance and sales results, without a cap on how much you can earn.
