Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist roofers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems (asphalt shingles, metal, flat roofs, etc.)
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Tear off old roofing materials
- Set up and dismantle tear off prep
- Clean up job sites and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to lift 80+ lbs, work at heights, and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Valid working at heights (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Previous roofing or construction experience is an asset but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
