POSITION OVERVIEW:
The BBA Entrepreneurial Leadership program at Kwantlen Polytechnic University is seeking one (1) Regular 100% full-time faculty member to teach various business courses in support of our Bachelor of Business Administration (“BBA”) Entrepreneurial Leadership program.
The School of Business has graduated successful BBA Entrepreneurial Leadership students that are passionate and driven to develop their own businesses and are sought by employers to lead in the development and growth of for profit and not-for profit enterprises. Our program continues to innovate and adapt to the industry and learner needs to provide a student learning experience that empowers them to explore and build the skills to change the world through business and non-profits. Accordingly, the ideal candidate will have a demonstrated drive for excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level, a demonstrated record of helping entrepreneurs in for profit and not-for profit enterprises to develop the skills needed to realize their vision. Your experience has created your ability to teach in multiple areas of the core entrepreneurial curriculum. In addition, the successful candidate will be able to teach at least two of following courses:
- ENTR 1100 Entrepreneurial Inquiry
- ENTR 1200 Introduction to Entrepreneurship
- ENTR 2200 Innovation
- ENTR 3010 Entrepreneurial Visioning
- ENTR 3100 Business Analysis and Decision Making

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum required qualifications for teaching in the BBA Entrepreneurial Leadership program include an MBA degree or equivalent, and five years of related management experience or significant experience in entrepreneurial ventures. KPU prides itself on excellence in post-secondary teaching and the student centric learning environment. Preferred qualifications include post-secondary teaching experience, and significant industry working experience. A PhD in a related field is also an asset.
