The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Answering incoming phone calls and inquiries related to vehicle servicing.
Consulting with automotive technicians regarding required repairs and or maintenance work and providing repair options to our clients.
Determining and recommending maintenance based on age, mileage and history of a vehicle.
Scheduling service and repair appointments.
Acting as liaison between customers and technicians and managing the status of work orders.
Operating computerized work order systems.
Monitoring the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and updating customers.
Communicating with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Explaining all completed work and charges to customers.
What you bring to the team:
Excellent communications skills
Ability to develop relationships to ensure customer loyalty
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
A team player attitude, with integrity, positive energy, work ethic, and urgency
High attention to detail and comfort in using technology for most day-to-day functions

Valid Driver's License
Previous automotive service is considered an asset
