- Alberta Journeyman Certification (or equivalent)
- Passion for hair and personalized guest experiences
- A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Someone who is coachable, driven, and committed to ongoing growth
- Confidence in building guest relationships and recommending home care
