We're looking for a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team on a chair rental basis. The ideal candidate will have a knack for hair styling and a dedication to exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll provide high-quality haircuts, styles, and grooming services, all while maintaining a welcoming and sanitary environment for our client. We are offering day rentals at $60 days , $300 a week and $1000 dollars a month

Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall salon environment.
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance the client’s hairstyle or grooming routine.
- Upsell additional services or products to clients to enhance their experience.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist with clientel
- Strong skills in hair styling techniques and knowledge of current trends.
- Experience in customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and retail sales is a plus.
- A valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
