HealthShield Pharmacy is hiring, we are looking for a member to join our growing team on either a Full-Time or Part-Time basis.

Job Description:
- - Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant for 2+ years an asset.
- - KROLL Paperless Computer system an asset.
- - Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
- - Strong communication skills.
- - Demonstrated customer service experience.
- - Strong motivation to succeed.
Some Key responsibilities:
- - Patient greeting and confirmation of accuracy of all pertinent prescription information prior to filling,
- - Data entry of patient care information into KROLL,
- - Third Party adjudication,
- - Accurate dispensing prescription medications,
- - Maintenance of pharmacy and OTC stock (expiry, adequate inventory, etc)
- - General OTC enquiries from patients and referral to Pharmacist where required and necessary,
- - Handling customer prescription pick up,
- - Assisting with cashier responsibilities as required in the Pharmacy
- - Regular cleaning of pharmacy including garbage disposal, moping, wiping counters, etc.
