Swim Instructor – Private Backyard Lessons
We’re looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team and bring the fun to private, one-on-one swimming lessons in backyard pools! This is a unique opportunity to work closely with kids of all ages, helping them build confidence, develop strong swimming skills, and feel safe and happy in the water.
About the Role
As a Swim Instructor, you’ll provide personalized, one-on-one lessons tailored to each child’s needs and abilities. You’ll create a positive, encouraging environment where learning feels exciting and every small win is celebrated!
What You’ll Do
- Teach private swimming lessons to children of various ages and skill levels
- Create fun, engaging, and customized lesson plans
- Help swimmers build confidence, independence, and water safety skills
- Ensure a safe environment by supervising all pool activities
- Provide encouraging feedback and celebrate progress
- Communicate with parents about their child’s development
What We’re Looking For
- Strong swimming ability and confidence in the water
- A positive, patient, and bubbly personality
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with kids and families
- Passion for teaching and making a difference
- Lifeguarding/CPR certifications are required
