Overview
We are a Korean food specialty supermarket operating three locations in Montréal, offering fresh produce, groceries, and daily prepared foods. We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Officer to support daily store operations, coordinate administrative procedures, and ensure efficient workflow across purchasing, inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Implement new administrative procedures
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Perform data entry
- Train staff
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements & Specialization:
- Languages: English or French
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows
- Job Start Date: As soon as possible
