We're looking for a warm, professional, and service-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a welcoming, luxury hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
- Share information about the resort's amenities, dining, spa services, and local attractions.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns with care and attention.
- Maintain accurate guest records using Opera PMS and front desk systems.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Uphold Rawley Resort's high standards of hospitality in every guest interaction.
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk, guest services, or hospitality role.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with Opera PMS is an asset.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
