Overview
We are seeking a Field Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers in various locations to promote and sell products or services. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you.
Duties
- Conduct field visits to potential customers
- Promote and sell products or services
- Provide information about products or services to customers
- Collect and analyze customer feedback
- Upsell products or services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Services included Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning & Lighting
Requirements
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs effectively
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Proficient in data entry for maintaining customer records
- Reliable Transportation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
