Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase patient acquisition and brand awareness.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, email marketing, SEO, Joint Promotion, Member Loyalty and Referral Program
- Plan and manage monthly marketing calendars and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.
- Manage website content and improve SEO performance.
- Lead content creation, branding, and advertising initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, photographers, and media partners.
- Mentor junior marketing staff and oversee project execution.
- Track marketing budgets and prepare performance reports for management.
- Stay current with industry trends in medical aesthetics and wellness marketing.
Qualifications
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience (medical aesthetics or healthcare experience is preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
- Familiar with customer retention and referral programs.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical thinking with a results-driven mindset. Experience with photography, videography, and content creation is a must.
- Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Strong Experience using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
