Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Magento Developer who is committed to delivering not just functional eCommerce solutions, but truly legendary experiences for our customers. In this role, you will lead the development of our Magento 2 platform, ensuring that every aspect of our eCommerce site is optimized for performance, scalability, usability, and exceptional user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize our Magento 2 eCommerce site to deliver outstanding, memorable experiences that exceed our customers’ expectations.
Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create solutions that enhance the overall customer journey.
Continuously improve site performance, ensuring lightning-fast load times and a seamless, enjoyable user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain a high standard of service and reliability.
Stay ahead of Magento trends and industry developments to incorporate cutting-edge features and best practices into our eCommerce solutions.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of Magento Enterprise development experience with a robust portfolio showcasing your expertise in Magento 2 Enterprise.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with extensive experience in Magento customization, module development, and with the Hyva framework
Magento Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Magento 2 architecture, including its core components, API, and database structure.
Tools and Practices: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), and familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g. React) is advantageous.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.
Communication: Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
Team Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, contributing to a culture of excellence and mutual respect.
