Global provides sales, service and installation for RTUs, boilers, paint booths, compressed-air systems, ventilation, controls, and mechanical equipment for customers across commercial, manufacturing, automotive, woodworking and metalworking sectors. We are growing and want to add to the electrical team.
Global electricians and apprentices install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and commission electrical systems and equipment. Work includes conduit and cable installation, wiring, control panels, motors, starters, disconnects, lighting, equipment connections, and integration of electrical and mechanical systems.
Red Seal certification is an asset. You should have commercial or industrial electrical experience, be able to read drawings and control schematics, work independently, and maintain a professional standard on customer sites. Know CSA 22.1.
Apprentices must be registered and will work alongside licensed electricians on service, installation, and construction projects. Duties include pulling wire, installing conduit and other tasks to try to make the journeyman happy.
A valid Class 5 driver’s license, basic hand tools, and the ability to work safely on active industrial and construction sites are required. Travel within Manitoba and Saskatchewan will be required for jobs.
