As a Milksmith Team Member, you will help turn everyday dessert into something extraordinary by:
- Handcrafting and serving our ice cream, drinks, and treats with care and attention to detail
- Creating genuine connections with every guest who walks through our doors
- Offering thoughtful recommendations and confidently answering questions about our menu
- Delivering prompt, accurate service in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Operating POS transactions including debit, credit, cash, and gift cards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and beautiful space that reflects our standards
- Supporting with dishes, restocking, receiving deliveries, and keeping the shop running smoothly
- Occasionally representing Milksmith at events as a brand ambassador
- Participating in staff meetings and ongoing training
- Contributing wherever needed to support the team

What we are looking for:
- Availability for days, evenings, and weekends (weekend availability is mandatory for this position)
- Strong communication skills and a natural warmth with guests
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfort working in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Reliability and personal accountability
- Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to keep learning
You do not need ice cream experience. If you bring the right attitude and heart for hospitality, we will teach you the rest.
