Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks with precision and creativity, following established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manage food preparation tasks including ingredient assembly, topping additions, and maintaining cleanliness of work stations
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change and totals
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness to ensure quality
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience or food service background is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and basic math for cashiering tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
- Reliable attendance and punctuality to support team operations
