We need a Brigade Leader—someone who can step to the front, rally our strengths, and keep the crew moving forward in perfect sync through exceptional communication and consistent leadership.

What You’ll Do:
As our Office Manager, you will command the daily operations of our Bridgewater practice, ensuring a seamless experience for both our staff and our patients. Your scope will cover the entire employee lifecycle, keeping the brigade sharp, motivated, and aligned:
- Squad Development: Leading everything from recruitment and onboarding to conducting meaningful performance reviews that inspire growth and dedication.
- Conflict Resolution: Serving as the calm, steady anchor. Whether it’s a rare friction point between peers or a frustrated patient, you de-escalate tension with empathy, grace, and objective professionalism.
- Balancing the Vibe: Maintaining high energy, deep compassion, and unwavering professionalism on the floor—all while fostering that spirited sense of fun our patients have come to know and love about us.
- Operational Consistency: Maintaining a reliable, structured environment where the team knows the mission, feels supported, and standards of care remain exceptionally high.
- Cultivating Culture: Asking questions before drawing conclusions. Your natural curiosity will help diagnose operational bottlenecks and unlock the full potential of our crew.
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrable Management Experience: Proven success leading a team, ideally within a medical, optometry, or fast-paced operational environment. You’ve successfully handled hiring, training, and performance management from end to end.
- The "Brigade Leader" Mindset: A leadership style rooted in motivation, mutual respect, and clear communication rather than authoritarian control.
- High Emotional Intelligence: An objective problem-solver who can balance structured professionalism with a warm, energetic, and fun-loving attitude.
- Consistency: A reliable presence who sets a steady, positive, and dependable tone for the office every single day.

Pay: $64,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
