The Position
As Project Manager you will:
Project & Job Site Management
->Oversee multiple painting projects.Conduct walkthroughs with homeowners. Coordinate crews and schedules. Ensure projects meet company quality standards. Maintain organized job sites.
Communication & Coordination
->Communicate with homeowners. Coordinate with office staff.Manage change orders. Identify opportunities for additional work.
Financial Oversight
->Monitor project profitability. Complete final walkthroughs. Collect payments. Request customer reviews.
Marketing & Growth
->Distribute marketing materials around active job sites.
Team Support
->Assist with onboarding painters.Coordinate materials and scheduling.
