We are a small mortgage team located in Grimsby looking for an experienced mortgage administrator who will be responsible for assisting in the inputting of applications for new leads and condition fulfilment of mortgage files once an approval has been issued. You will work with lenders, clients, realtors, lawyers and referral sources on a daily basis to ensure the mortgage intake and closing processes are seamless for our clients.
You will also be responsible for supporting our team for a number of administrative duties. These duties will include receiving new lead calls; taking information from clients calling in to enquire about a mortgage; calling clients to obtain mortgage support documents; entering mortgage applications into our database.
You will be extremely organized, motivated, able to work without supervision, and reliable. You will have excellent telephone skills with proven experience as a mortgage administrator. Experience within the mortgage industry is required. You will need to have a high degree of comfort with a variety of computer programs such as Filogix Expert, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe PDF, etc...
The position available is for part-time or full-time and will be primarily located in our Grimsby office, work hours can be flexible. Work from home provisions can be made for COVID and may be possible long term if a candidate has been able to prove their effectiveness to the team.

This is a part-time or full-time position. Compensation will be paid bi-weekly on payroll, subject to all statutory deductions. Bonuses may be issued at the owner's sole discretion
