We are searching for an insightful, data-driven professional who can adapt digital strategies to a variety of audiences. This role is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels. As part of the Brand & Marketing team, this role is responsible for ensuring YW Calgary programs, services, revenue-generating enterprises, and strategic initiatives are promoted with an optimized, targeted, and results-driven approach via digital media.
This is a Full-time position working 37.5 hours per week; Monday- Friday with a Hybrid work schedule, 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Some travel may be required for various events.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop strategy and manage implementation of the new YW website: Ensuring it reflects our brand identity and effectively communicates our offering

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to understand the target audience, market trends, competitors, and industry insights
Strategy Development: Based on research findings, devise digital marketing strategies that align with business goals. This could include SEO (Search Engine Optimization), PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, etc.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This involves creating content calendars, ad creatives, landing pages, and monitoring campaign performance.
SEO and Content Strategy: Optimize website content and structure for search engines. Develop content strategies that attract and engage the target audience while improving organic search rankings.
Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create engaging posts, run paid advertising campaigns, and monitor social media trends.
Email Marketing: Develop email marketing strategies to nurture leads and engage existing customers. This includes creating email campaigns, automation workflows, and analyzing performance metrics.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare reports for key stakeholders. Use data insights to optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously test and optimize landing pages, CTAs (Call-To-Actions), and conversion funnels to improve conversion rates.
Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources across different channels based on performance and ROI.
Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Continuously learn and adapt strategies to stay ahead in the competitive digital landscape.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Post-Secondary education, with a concentration in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Five years of experience in a related field
- Experience managing a website: regular updates, knowledge of widgets and general functionality
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
- Knowledgeable in Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business and Ads Manager
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify and/or Squarespace is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance
- Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, driving measurable results, and achieving KPIs
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- Ability to write, edit and proofread
