MANTL is a growing Artificial Lift company specializing in Progressing Cavity Pump (PCP) systems and supporting products and services across Western Canada.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Quality Inspector / Quality Systems Coordinator to join our Lloydminster team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor but is equally comfortable working with quality systems, documentation and process improvement.

· Perform receiving, in-process and final inspections of raw materials, machined components, elastomers and finished products.
· Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, vernier calipers, bore gauges, height gauges and thread inspection tools.
· Verify machined and assembled components meet engineering drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
· Review supplier certifications, material test reports and manufacturing records.
· Maintain material traceability throughout manufacturing and repair processes.
· Identify and document quality issues and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
· Assist with root cause investigations, corrective actions and preventative improvements.

· Support document control, revision tracking, internal audits and quality records.
· Assist with quality controls and technical documentation related to PCP manufacturing, repair and reconditioning.
· Work with production, engineering, purchasing and management to resolve quality concerns and improve processes.
· Identify opportunities to reduce defects, rework and inconsistencies across operations.
· Support customer quality investigations, supplier quality reviews and quality reporting.

· Experience in manufacturing, machining, oilfield equipment, artificial lift, pump repair or a similar industrial environment.

Who Will Succeed in This Role?
