Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and professional Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional laser treatment services in a safe and hygienic environment. The Laser Technician will work closely with clients to deliver effective treatments while maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform laser treatments for various skin conditions, including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other cosmetic procedures.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and sanitized according to industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, explaining procedures, and ensuring comfort throughout treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and follow-up procedures.
- Assist with retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results and satisfaction.
- Uphold sanitation standards by adhering to proper cleaning protocols for all tools and treatment areas.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques is a plus, supporting comprehensive aesthetic services.
- Experience or familiarity with sanitation practices within medical or cosmetic environments.
- Retail sales experience to promote skincare products and treatment packages confidently.
- Attention to detail in operating laser equipment safely and accurately.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining professionalism with clients.
