We are seeking a skilled and friendly Restaurant Bartender to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in creating and providing an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately take drink orders from customers with a positive attitude
- Preparing and serving our unique and innovative cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, ensuring that guests have a personalized and memorable dining experience.
- Operate the POS system efficiently
- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge and understanding of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions
- Exhibit strong knowledge of wine serving and bar operations
Requirements:
- Experience providing excellent customer service
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with customers and other staff
- Ability to perform high-quality work while unsupervised
- Capability to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of Ukrainian language, culture, and cuisine, or a willingness to learn
