We are seeking a highly organized and creative Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to support multiple brands while maintaining quality, consistency, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Design
- Edit short-form and long-form video content.
- Create graphics, social media posts, stories, and promotional materials.
- Schedule posts using social media management tools.
- Maintain brand consistency across all content.
- Organize and manage digital assets and content libraries.
Social Media Management
- Manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Schedule and publish content.
- Monitor engagement, messages, comments, and inquiries.
- Identify trends and opportunities for audience growth.
Social Media Strategy
- Assist in developing social media campaigns and content calendars.
- Research industry trends and competitor activity.
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement and followers.
- Support brand awareness and marketing objectives.
CRM & Lead Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking.
- Record inquiries from social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Assign leads and update communication records.
- Generate basic lead and campaign reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of professional content creation and social media management experience.
- Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills.
- Professional CRM experience.
- Experience with Canva and video editing software.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Experience:
- Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva
- Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator
- Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics
- Shopify, Wix, Framer
- Email marketing platforms
- Paid social advertising
- Google Ads
