Our expectations

Under the responsibility of the Department Manager, the Technical Integration Coordinator is responsible for ensuring sound management, in accordance with the tools and methodologies in force, of several requests for changes, by coordinating activities with the various teams involved in the request. He works in close collaboration with the applicant and the department heads involved in planning and monitoring the development phases, as well as delivery managers for the implementation phase.

He also has the mandate to design and develop solutions using established standards and procedures. As part of the evolution team, he also participates in the realization of projects in a matrix structure.

Your role
Manage maintenances and evolution requests from the planning phase to the production of deliverables, in accordance with the tools and methodologies in force
Participate in planning (schedule) and resource allocation, in collaboration with department managers and or project manager when required
Make sure to coordinate the participation of IT and / or business customers when required in the delivery of changes
Coordinate test planning and execution
Coordinate the planning of production releases linked to the delivery of upgrades and tickets
Produce and provide progress reports on developments under its responsibility to the groups involved
Participate in team meetings and ensure that deadlines are communicated to the teams involved
Design and develop integration solutions by following established standards and procedures:
Participate in integration projects and/or change requests for integration solutions
Produce analyses, techniques, and estimate achievement efforts
Draft functional and technical documents required for the development of integration solutions
Develop and perform unit, integrated, and system tests
Assist the Go-Live team during the deployment of solutions
Follow up during the post-implementation period
Follow the methodology and standards of the Project Management Office
Provide Level 3 support, as needed
Provide on call support in rotation
The qualifications we are looking for
University degree in computer science (or equivalent)
Ten (10) years of experience in analysis and development of integration system
Development experience with an integration system at a large organization (an asset)
Have a sense of organization, service and concern for quality
Have decision-making skills and a sense of responsibility
In-depth knowledge of development methods and cycles
Team player attitude
Strong analytical and summarizing skills
Problem-solving skills
Ability to share knowledge and expertise in readily understandable terms
Concern for the quality of results
Ability to manage numerous priorities
Ability to learn new systems independently
Capacity to provide support outside normal business hours (team working on a rotational basis)
Verbal and written French (an asset)
Practical knowledge of Tibco integration tools
Knowledge of Unix, Linux, and Windows environments
Knowledge of JAVA, SQL, C, and XML languages
Proficiency with relational databases
Experience in retail and distribution (an asset)
