Job Description & Requirements:
- You will be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience for our guests.
- You will be guiding customers through our proven process to enable them to make a confident decision in their purchase.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles.
- Provide high quality customer orientated presentation of our products and services.
- Must be highly skilled communicator who enjoys customer interaction.
- Strong belief in providing excellent customer service.
- Must enjoy customer interaction at a high level, in person, over the phone, via email, text and or video chat.
- Build strong relationships with our guests.
- Positive energy, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced fun environment.
- Valid VSA license an asset.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing and a clean driver’s abstract required.
- No experience required as training is provided.
- Dealership hours of 8:30am – 6:00pm (closed Sundays and statutory holidays).
- This position is full time, Monday – Saturday with a weekday and Sunday off.
- Reporting to the General Sales Manager.
