What You Will Do
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through thoughtful consultations and personalized service
- Perform high-quality cutting, colour, barbering, and/or extensions with consistency and care
- Build guest trust, loyalty, and retention through professionalism and strong results
- Recommend home care and add-on services when appropriate
- Maintain high standards in cleanliness, timing, product usage, and guest records
- Communicate well with teammates and contribute to a positive, accountable culture
- Continue growing through education, coaching, and team development
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 5+ years behind the chair
- Valid Alberta Journeyman Hairstylist License or Alberta equivalent
- Strong technical ability in colour, cutting, barbering, or extensions
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Commitment to professionalism and exceptional guest care
Ideal qualities:
- Growth-oriented and coachable
- Team-minded, positive, and dependable
- Motivated to build a long-term career
- Comfortable showcasing your work on social media
Compensation & Benefits
Earning Potential: $45,000–$85,000+ per year
Higher earning potential for stylists with strong service skills, guest retention, advanced technical ability, and leadership contribution.
