Lead a group of 15-20 campers with their daily activities - Follow the daily schedule provided by the Camp Coordinator - Adjust the activity or schedule based on their group needs and inform the Coordinator. - Follow the instructions provided by the Camp Coordinator to successfully carry out the activities and daily plans. - Divide their groups on trip day and assign them to parents or other camp volunteers - Keep a headcount of their camper throughout the trip day and make sure everyone is safe -Should escalate any issues to the Coordinator related to camper behaviours and/or curriculum - Plan extra activities to keep their group engaged. Any additional activities should be communicated to the Coordinator.
