Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to diagnose and develop treatment plans for clients with speech and language disorders
- Provide therapy and interventions to improve clients' communication skills
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain detailed patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies
Skills
- Proficient in patient care
- Experience with children preferred
- Strong case management skills
- Knowledge of terminology related to speech pathology
