Description:
Giving our guests a memorable experience when they visit our Driftwood Social Bar + table. Making and presenting cocktail experiences at the Bar. Ensuring brand standards are followed consistently. Making sure you are hospitable and detail oriented. Working independently towards the team success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for making and serving the bar items as per the brand standards.
- Serving Food and Beverage requirements to our guests in the Restaurant.
- Ensure payments through POS is clear. concise and tracked.
- Work as a team with the co workers, with the kitchen and the front of the house team.
- Health and Safety guidelines to be followed.

CANDIDATE REQUIRMENTS:
- Must have experience working as a Bartender/Server in a Restaurant for at least 2 years using Micros
- Strong analytical abilities, detail oriented and able to multitask
- Knowledgeable about food and beverage and Bar services
- Bartending skills a must
- Must be computer literate- able to place order, confirm, close the bill.
- Pleasant manner and excellent communication skills (written & spoken English)
- Able to lift up to 25kg from floor to waist and from waist to shoulder
- Able to stand/walk/bend/lift throughout 8 hours shift.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Thorough and detailed oriented
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- This is Saturday/Sunday and public holidays shift.
- Marriott Experience an asset
- Smart Serve is a must.
