Rahall Mechanical is looking for HVAC Technicians
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving clients’ concerns.
· Perform service on commercial/residential heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories.
· Perform start-ups on air conditioning as required.
· Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete service work.
· Handle customer concerns, questions or problems in an efficient and timely manner.
· Other duties include performing maintenance on equipment, servicing and/or cleaning IAQ products, soldering, welding, brazing, and performing minor field fabrication.
· Responsible for mentoring/supervising support staff in the HVAC/refrigeration field
Qualifications:
· Certification in residential HVAC is required.
· Valid, clean drivers license is required.
· Certification(s) in refrigeration, electrical work or sheet metal is an asset.
· Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in the commercial/residential HVAC field.
· Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.
· Adapt at servicing commercial/residential heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as related accessories.
· Must be able to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams.
· The ability to work overtime, weekend hours and on call as required.
· WHMIS 2015 is required.
