Newco Diamond Truss is looking for reliable general labourers to join our roof truss assembly team. This is a 3-month term with the possibility of permanent employment.
Key duties include:
- Assembling roof trusses
- Retrieving and staging connector plates
- Strapping completed trusses
- Assisting other assemblers and supporting production flow as needed
Physical demands:
- Standing for extended periods
- Frequent lifting, carrying, and handling of lumber and metal connector plates
- Bending, reaching, and working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to work in a plant setting that can be warm in summer and cooler in winter
Requirements:
- Safety footwear (CSA-approved) is mandatory
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
