PAWsitive PET Stuff is looking for a Pet Groomer to join our team!
PAWsitive PET Stuff is a friendly independent Dog Boutique, located in Strathroy, Ontario. We operate a busy Grooming Salon with focus on education of clients and creating a great experience for both the clients and dogs. We are looking for a Dog Groomer to join our team; If you're someone who is driven, friendly, energetic, hard working and of course loves animals, this maybe the fit for you! Preference will be given to candidates with a grooming history but we will consider applicants with a grooming certificate from a recognized grooming school and a genuine desire for grooming.

Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Openness to learning and developing new skills is highly valued.
✔ Proven experience as a Pet Groomer or in a similar roll is preferred but not required, training will be provided to the candidate whom is a good fit.
✔ Have an understanding of dog breeds, grooming knowledge, basic dog behavior.
✔ Able to groom a small dog from start to finish within 1.5 hours.
✔ Comfortable handling dogs with different temperaments.
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
✔ Committed to maintaining a clean and professional work environment.
✔ Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic.
✔ A genuine love for animals with a passion for grooming.
✔ Certificate from a recognized grooming school.
