Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations within a healthcare facility. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate pharmacy staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee medication inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and expiration tracking
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of prescriptions, medication records, and patient interactions
- Provide leadership in implementing new pharmacy procedures or technology systems
- Educate staff on best practices related to medication administration and patient care
- Monitor pharmacy workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Conduct regular staff training sessions on medical terminology, medication safety, and patient care protocols
Skills
- Proven experience in hospital or acute care settings, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows
- Knowledge of pediatrics and specialized patient populations is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and inventory management

Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour
