Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time employee or independent contractor skilled and client-focused Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to build and grow your practice within a premium, medically integrated wellness environment.
You will work alongside a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, delivering high-quality, personalized treatments to a discerning clientele focused on long-term health, recovery, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations and assessments to understand health history, concerns, and treatment goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and client needs
- Deliver high-quality, hands-on massage therapy treatments using a range of techniques (e.g., therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, sports)
- Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans to support optimal outcomes
- Educate clients on recovery, injury prevention, mobility, and overall wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Ensure all treatments are delivered safely, ethically, and in accordance with regulatory standards
- Create a welcoming, professional, and elevated client experience aligned with the Wellness Haus brand
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other wellness providers to support integrated, multidisciplinary care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
- Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and advancements in massage therapy and wellness care
Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing in Ontario (Required)
- Valid professional liability insurance (Required)
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and manual therapy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Client-centered, professional, and compassionate approach to care
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Interest in wellness, preventative care, and long-term client relationships
- Experience in a clinical or multidisciplinary setting is an asset
- Vulnerable sector check
- Strong professional references
