Karnal Consultancy Inc. is seeking an experienced and professional Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our growing team. We are looking for a knowledgeable, client-focused professional with strong experience handling Canadian immigration matters and managing client files independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional immigration consultations to prospective and existing clients.
- Assess client eligibility and recommend appropriate Canadian immigration pathways.
- Prepare, review, and manage immigration applications and supporting documentation.
- Handle matters involving work permits, study permits, visitor visas, permanent residence, Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), family sponsorship, LMIA-related matters, and other immigration programs, based on experience and authorization.
- Prepare professional submission letters and representations to IRCC and other relevant authorities.
- Communicate with clients regarding documentation, application progress, deadlines, and next steps.
- Review files prepared by case-processing staff and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Maintain proper client records and follow applicable professional and regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with changes to Canadian immigration laws, policies, programs, and procedures.
- Work closely with management and the processing team to maintain high standards of client service.
Requirements
- Valid RCIC licence in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) – Required.
- Previous practical experience as an RCIC or in Canadian immigration case management is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration programs, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to independently assess and manage immigration files.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines effectively.
- Client consultation and business-development experience will be considered an asset.
Compensation
Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, and ability to independently manage files, with additional commission and performance-based earning opportunities.
Pay: $35,200.00-$93,742.92 per year
